    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

  • Free Shipping (Orders over €50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

Our team will process your request within 48 hours and send you:

  • Return authorization with RMA number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address in Paris

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Carefully package your items including:

  • Printed RMA form
  • Copy of your invoice
  • All original accessories

Ship the package to the provided address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Step 4: Return Processing

Upon receiving your return package, we will:

  • Notify you about return approval
  • Initiate your refund or ship the exchange item

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

Exchanges
